Peter F. Aiello
Peter is the Manager of Coldwell Banker's San Mateo El Camino office with approximately 70 Sales and Broker Associates under his supervision. He has been a General Building Contractor since 1973. In 1980 he received his Salesperson’s real estate license in order to assist his wife with her real estate brokerage company, Kerry Realty. In 1986, Peter decided to work full-time in real estate and earned his real estate broker’s license at that time.

In 1992, Peter was recruited to manage the San Mateo office of a large statewide real estate firm. He remained with that company through various mergers and acquisitions until a final acquisition in September of 1997.   In November of 1997, Peter was offered an opportunity to join forces with a large, local brokerage. He joined Cashin Company Inc. and opened their San Mateo Office in January 1998. On November 11, 2010,  Cashin Company was acquired by Coldwell Banker.

Peter and his wife, Theresa, have been residents of San Mateo since 1977. They have two adult, college-graduate sons, Andrew and Brendan.
